What being easy to deal with means to Medical House:

Customers, suppliers, and other team members are constantly saying to themselves, “they really are easy!” Our number one core value dictates that everything else we do ensures that dealing with us is Easy!
Easy to find us, contact us, buy off us, deliver to us, pay us, work with us and be us!

I’m obsessed with this Core Value and rate it of high importance.  I’m that person who switches companies over poor service.  When a mistake is made (which is always ok- we are human after all!) but no action was taken to correct or ensure the same thing doesn’t happen again, I take my business elsewhere.  I can’t stand pointless procedures that are there for no real reason.  Procedures that no-one has stopped and questioned why they are there in the first place. I don’t like if a simple task or issue is magnified and becomes difficult (and I’m basically made to jump through hoops).  Or if an email is not answered the same day (or even an update or acknowledgment received) or if I can’t get a simple answer....
Sounds like I’m difficult huh?
No, I just like to deal with people that are easy to deal with. Like most people I’m time-poor and I just really like things to be simple and easy.
Why wouldn’t you be easy to deal with?
